ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. The truth is that there is no one who cannot make it. The problem with Joseph’s brother was that they did not know the truth of the word of God. Genesis 26:1-13
Devotional v13

Man may be unfaithful but god will forever be faithful. No matter the difficulty god is able to prosper us. The season may look odd. The people may look bad. The land may even be barren and be unfruitful. None of that can stop God from prospering his people. He’s the god of heaven and earth.

He knows where he has kept his blessing and he can always connect anyone to it.
Just like the days of Abraham there was also famine in the land were Isaac was and he was thinking of going to Egypt as his father did. God had to stop Isaac from migrating to prove to him that they can prosper him in famine. God then gave Isaac the revelation of planting and watering by……………… the truth is that getting well water in a desert is a miracle but because God is involved nothing is difficult for him. Isaac servant dug well, find water, planted and have great harvest.
Friend, all that matter is that you are willing to always obey the lord and keep your fellowship with him (Deut. 8:18, Isaiah 48:17). No matter the hard situation around you, your regular fellowship withGod will guide you to prosper and your obedience to him will give you access to it (Psalm 32:8, Psalm 25 9:11) Peace!!!

Prayer:- Lord, help me to keep my fellowship with you

“God with you can change all things for your good”
