Human, by nature, doesn’t often want to be blamed but always likes to blame others or circumstances of their shortcomings. But I would like you to realise the terrible effect of the blame game in your life.   In the scripture we read today, Adam and Eve were simply playing the blame game. But do you know that it did not deliver them from the judgment of God? Neither will this game deliver...

END TURNED TO BEND

5 Qualities of People Who Make Every END Look Like Just Another BENDEND TURNED TO BEND
1 kings 17:8-16
Devotional Verse – V. 16

Sometimes the situation in the life of someone could look like an end. In terrible times those who lack the will to stand could commit suicide. Many who commit Suicide only come to a self defined end. I need to let you know that there is no end per say. End is what you call an end but God can turn it to a bend or a new beginning for you.

The widow of Zarephath had come to her end. She was planning for death. She would have been preparing for her burial and that of her son. The famine had made them eating up their food and it has come to the last meal. But the grace of God located her. God spoke to her through the man of God and her end turned to a bend. She could live more years than she expected. She simply terminated her troubles through obedience to giving.

Friend, change your mind to God’s view. Stop looking at giving as somebody taking from you to reduce you. God sees our obedience in giving as sowing to have an harvest. You can never come to an end when you can see giving as sowing (Psalms 126:5-6). The word of God doubtless come back dancing. You need to know that one of the things that break yokes of lack is sowing. It terminate curses (Genesis 8:21). It enlist in a sure harvest(Psalms 126:5-6). Sowing in obedience to God has such a potent power to destroy poverty. If you sense a spell around you, willingly sowing a seed will terminate it (2 kings 3:26-27). To stop sowing is to stop dying. Always sow in obedience to the leading of the Lord and that will bring you a prosperous future. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, give me the understanding about sowing and reaping
“REFUSING TO SOW IS ENDING A FUTURE”
