  ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. It's Time To Meditate! — Steemit
Scripture Reading: Genesis 24:61-67

Devotional: “And Isaac went out to meditate in the field in the evening; and he lifted his eyes and looked, and there, the camels were coming” (V. 63)
Anytime we create time to be in the presence of the Lord, we should prepare at the same time to meditate. Meditation is an act of chewing the cur or ruminating over information to get the best out of it. It is an act of looking at information with an inquisitive mind. This is trying to locate the real meaning or trying to locate solution through the information.



The Bible tells us to always meditate on the word of God. (1 Timothy 4:15; Joshua 1:8). It is so, because in the word are the solution to every situations. It is as we meditate in the word of God that the Holy Spirit begins to help us to connect scripture to scripture to see the solution to our situations. We read also that Isaac also practiced this, which he must have learn from his father (Genesis 13:14-17).
Friend, to enjoy the presence of God, you must learn to meditate in His presence. God will be showing you things that your mind cannot fully comprehend and it will take meditation to understand them. This is a major thing that happens whenever we are in the presence of God. His words are deep mysteries; it will take a deep thinking heart to understand them. Peace. 
PRAYER: Lord, help me to always give room to your word in my mind.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
