  MANDATE OF VICTORY Joshua 1:1-6 Devotional:- “No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you” (V. 5) NKJV God has no plan or programme of failure or defeat for you. He made all things available for your victory. Many of us have not come to an awareness that we are not here on our own. We are here for God. You are created by God. Packaged and sent to this world to manifest for Him (Isaiah 43:21). So God has a lion's share in your failure if you fail and vis-à-vis if you succeed. So if you fail, He is not happy. He knows that you are going to face some forces that will challenge your life. This could be in the school, office, and in society. But He has written a decree of your victory before you begin the battle. So for a Christian, the battle of life is fixed. Deuteronomy 8:10-20

Devotional Verse – V. 18

It is important we know that God is the almighty. He is the onoe who enable us to be whatever we are and what we shall be (John 3:27). He made us for His glory. He made us to be a blessing to our world (Genesis 12:2). He made us to influence the world for His glory (Matthew 5:16). He wants the world to be attracted to Him. He made us to show forth His grace and glory to the world through us.



God reminded the children of Israel that He made covenant with their father. His covenant is to bless them and establish them as a strong nation (Genesis 26:1-5). He reminded them that He is the one that enable them to be wealthy. So that they can use it for His glory. It is important that we come to this light that we achieve a feet because the Lord has given us the understanding to do it (Job 32:8). That is, only Him deserves to be glorified.


Most people rises up and fall because they do not recognize God as the strength behind their rising. They always think it is their making. So they botherr not to give glory to God who lifted them (Daniel 4:27-37). Don’t let this happen to you. Recognize God as you life and obey Him always. Peace!


PRAYER: Lord, help me to always recognize you as my strength

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
