Believers should come to full awareness that to be saved is a thing of great privilege. Sometimes in our ignorance we seem not to understand the importance and the value of this. A man who is rescued from great destruction will never forget the privilege given to him.

In the scripture we read today, God’s word says By grace we are saved. This means that it was not by personal merit or qualification. But the fact remains that now we have been saved by the grace of God out of the destruction of the devil into the hand of the living God.

This means that we have been saved from the power of sin (Romans 6:14). We have been delivered from the spirit of condemnation (Romans 8:1). It means we have been set free from the devil, who had the lawful right to destroy our life and destiny because of sin. He can no longer lay claim to you. You are free from his harassment and embarrassment. That is why anytime he comes to play tricks on you, you need to learn to stop him (James 4:7, Isaiah 54:17). He has lost total right on you (Colossians 2:14-15, John 8:32). Now you are saved to spend eternity with God (John 3:16).  Please enjoy the opportunity of your total liberty from the devil. Never allow him to trick you into any form of bondage again. And your life will be in total freedom.

Prayer: Lord, help me to start enjoying the blessing of my salvation.

“YOUR SALVATION MAKES YOU TOTALLY SAFE FROM THE HAND OF THE ENEMY”

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
