When a man is totally captured by the devil, he encourages him to keep many things secret. This is because he knows that if the deeds are exposed the victim could be corrected and changed. The moment something is telling you to keep so many things, watch it. The moment there are some things your spouse must not know, then you are likely in bondage. One of the tricks of the devil is “keep me till I kill you”. Whoever introduces you to anything and tells you no one must know is making you a victim. This is how devil operates, he encourages people to keep unnecessary things as secrets. Yes, we may sometimes have to keep information till a mature time to share them, but we must be careful of secrecy on a general note. 

As a child, if what you are doing is good, what stops you from telling your parents? If that relationship or business is good, why the secrecy? Don’t be trapped. To keep people from being set free the enemy will tell them they should not tell others convincing them that others are bad. If that practice is actually good then it should not be in secret. You better be wiser than the devil. 

The scripture we read today says, those who practice evil don’t want their deeds to be known. So that we can be delivered from such deception that is why we have parents, or spouse, or leaders or pastors. At least, one of these people who are around you should be trust worthy enough to hear your deeds. If not, it is bad. Don’t build a house without your spouse’s knowledge. Don’t keep that matter to yourself alone. It is killing. Expose the devil and let him be put to shame. Get out of evil practices so that you might have authority over the devil. You are born a ruler. 

Prayer: Lord, deliver me from the deceit of the devil

“YOU ARE BORN A RULER, DON’T DIE A VICTIM”

Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
