It is our lack of understanding of this teaching of Jesus Christ that has brought most of the frustrations to the lives of believers. Many of us also want to live like the people of the world around us. We have forgotten that the Spirit in us is not of the world. (John 17:14).   What is this mystery? It is a mystery of focusing and spending our lives on God’s purposes for our lives above all things to bring glory to God. The Bible says, ...

When we face some kind of challenge as children of God, it is of great importance that we search through the scriptures to know if there are men who have gone through such and overcome. This will serve as a means of courage and hope for us. This makes us know that our challenges are not strange, and not without solutions. Looking into the affairs of such an example also gives us a means of solution.

We need to know that every great one in the word of God became great not minding their enemies. One such father is Isaac. Though he was a covenant child like we are, yet the enemy never wanted him to succeed. They strove with him several times. But the good news of his story is that he ruled in the midst of his enemies. He simply applied the wisdom of persistence, and he refused to be moved by the activities of the devil.

You need to also observe the testimony of Isaac, who said, “For the Lord hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.” This means, God granted him grace and wisdom to attain victory over his challenges. It is the same God you and I are also serving, and He will surely grant us victory. Where the enemy said there is no room for you, God will make rooms. In that house, office, school and business God will make a room for you. You only need to learn God’s wisdom through Isaac’s life and be willing to do what he did. He only kept working with his gift notwithstanding the hostility of the enemies (Proverbs 18:16). You also shall find a glorious testimony as you persist in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, grant me a stable, strong heart to succeed.

“IF YOU WILL NOT BE MOVED BY THE MOVE OF THE ENEMIES, GOD WILL SOON MOVE IN YOUR LIFE”
