Joy is one of the most important virtues human life needs to excel. No matter what your enemies are doing, if you can retain your joy, you will keep winning. Joy is a heavenly virtue that makes the best of man on earth. It is an expression of a mind that is loosed and free of the burdens of sorrow. It operates in a man when the right spirit is in him. It is a product of a settled and peaceful mind. 

When joy is in place in the life of a man, it promotes health (Proverbs 17:22). It makes him cheerful and beautiful. It lubricates the mind of a man. When they say a man has a problem, in most cases, he has a problem of the mind because the mind is the seat of reasoning. When it is blocked, all doors will look closed. 

To obtain and retain joy, you must learn to retain the consciousness of the presence of God around you (Psalms 16:11). Joy is actually a proof of His presence. His presence brings freedom to your mind and life (2 Corinthians 3:17). And you will keep flowing in great ideas for progress. You will be highly innovative, and your life will be renovated. 

That is why you don’t joke with your fellowship with God. Quality worship will always bring you to His presence. Sing to the Lord always in your heart (Ephesians 5:19). Remember, He promised to be with you always. Whether you are on a journey or in the office, at home or at your business, please do everything to keep your joy. Sorrow belongs to the enemy, and it is one of your greatest enemies. Don’t accommodate it. And then you can keep your faith and progress. 

Prayer: Lord, let your oil of joy always be on me.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
