There is a need for you to wake up to know that the Bible in your hand is not just a book, but a container of the living word. This is a word that has the life of God in it (John 6:63). By it all things were created. These words are the words of God. The word of God is God. The word is as powerful as God Himself (John 1:1-4). All that God has made comes to being by His word. And the word contains all that you need to be.
As powerful as the word is, it is only powerful to individuals who allow the Holy Spirit to bring the light of the word to them. This is what is called the revelation of the word. Reading it does not automatically lead to revelation, but with the help of the Holy Spirit. It is the word revealed to you that becomes powerful to you. The word and the Holy Spirit are inseparable (John 6:63). So if you humble yourself, the Holy Spirit is around you now to give you light and insight.
When you catch the revealed word of God, it becomes a power to you. Through the revealed word, you can also create. You can send it to heal and deliver. Devil and darkness can’t withstand it (John 1:5). As God was pronouncing it, heaven and earth were created. By it, Jesus manifested mightily. By it Jesus overcame the devil (Luke 4:4-13). Begin to send it to all your situations, and they will submit to you. Tell the enemy what God says, and he will flee. The word is the only power the devil cannot stop (Luke 4:36). Start to speak it to your family, business and studies. Speak it to your brain and your body. A new strength shall come upon your life, and you shall reign over the enemy.
Prayer:
Lord, put the power of your word in my mouth.
