SEEK GOOD WORDS   Proverb 12:20 – 28 “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad” (V. 25) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional SEEK GOOD WORDS Support Us Proverb 12:20 – 28 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com The reason many people find life frustrating is because of the kind of information they listen to. There is no one that the devil doesn’t want to discourage. That is why we must seek to hear what will encourage us. Do you know that your life can be highly productive? You only need to be motivated and encouraged to move forward. Friend, if the company you keep does not motivate you, if the people who counsel you don’t challenge your faith, if the people you belong to doesn’t help you discover the potentials in you for greatness, there is a need to move away from such. WORRY

Luke 12:22-31
Devotional:- “And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?” (v.25) NKJV

Another cheap way for the enemy to steal the joy of people on the earth is by making them worry about issues of life. For many, it is difficult to separate worrying from being thoughtful. It is often said by experts that, only a small percentage of men use their brains to solve their problems, and this means the rest take up anxiety and worry. So many people on earth are victims of worry.
The truth is that your life is not designed for sorrow. That is why sorrow brings pain to your system. It is alien to your nature. Worry is making a survey of your problems, magnifying your situation and bringing you to a pit of pity. This does no good to no one; it rather increases your fear and failure. It blocks your mind from thinking of a solution, but celebrates your downfall. It always disguises itself as a sincere thought about oneself, but fails to supply the solution. Worry and anxiety are opposite each other. Why not rather choose to meditate in the promises of God than worry.
When you worry, it is therefore a trick of the devil to bring you under fear, tension and a broken heart to break you down. It will subtract virtues from you and give you weaknesses. To overcome worry, learn to turn whatever is bigger than you to God (1 Peter 5:7). That is why He is there for you. Believe that He will help you and fulfil His promises concerning you. Turn rather to praises and joy, and your life will always be better, and your joy will be sustained.

Prayer: Lord, deliver me from the spirit of worry.
