HOURS OF PRAYER  Acts 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour” (V.1) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HOUSE OF PRAYER Support Us Acts 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Most people only pray or want to pray when they are faced with challenges. But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). PROMISES OF JOY

PROMISES OF JOY
Isaiah 55:6-13
Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (v.11) NKJV

One thing that is common with lovers is promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque left that can be turned into cash. So when people who loves us give us promises, we cherish them. And when we remember them, it gladdens our hearts. We often feel happy enough to share it with other friends.

One terrible thing that is common with men is failed promises. These, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises and make man look like a deceiver.

But God is not like man. He will fulfil all that He has promised you. No matter what the case may be, His word will come to pass. Who will say that Sarah will bear a son to Abraham at 90 or that Abraham will at last have up to eight children (Genesis 25:1-2, 9). This is the act of God’s faithfulness.

Friend, whatever He has promised you in His word, hold on to it to the end, and it will surely come to pass (Isaiah 55:11). Stand on the word by faith. You will surely be blessed. See you at the top!

Prayer: Lord, help me to stand on your word till I see my miracle.

“GOD’S PROMISES CANNOT FAIL BECAUSE HIS WORD CREATES AS HE SAYS IT”
