LIVING IN YOUR PURPOSE

LIVING IN YOUR PURPOSE Ecclesiastics 4:1-6 Devotional:- "Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind” (V.4)   One of the most frustrating things in life is when people don’t know what exactly to live for. In that case they just live doing whatever they find others living for.  So many people live their lives driven by guilt. So they keep regretting their steps and past. Some live all their lives on resentment and anger. So many lives are in disarray because they are victims of transfer of aggression. So many lives are driven by fear of many things, so many live their lives driven by materialism, so they live a live that is never satisfied pursuing money. Other lives are driven by the need for approval. So it is what people say about them that determine their joy. The best way to live is to be driven by purpose for which God made you.  When you allow God’s purpose for your life...

JOY OF HARVEST

JOY OF HARVEST

Isaiah 9:1-7

Devotional:- “You have multiplied the nation And increased its joy; They rejoice before You According to the joy of harvest, As men rejoice when they divide the spoil” (v.3) NKJV

Seasons of harvest are one of God’s means of bringing joy into the lives of His people. So among the types of joy, there is the joy of harvest. That joy is coming to be in your life, business and ministry this year. The season of sowing is not always an easy time for many who have not understood the mystery of sowing. So, such a season will always look painful for them. Sowing does not only apply to farmers or givers, but also to all who are pursuing their goals and projects. God’s word also confirms the pain of sowing time and also establishes the joy of harvest (Psalm 126:5-6). That simply establishes God’s promises for you in the remaining days of the year.

It doesn’t matter how long you have been sowing without reaping; now your harvest shall come. Some have been sowing into the life of their spouse, family, business, and God’s kingdom; expect your harvest now. The Lord will bring you to a great light that will show you where your portion is and reveal to you the hidden riches of the earth for your harvest (Galatians 6:9). So, don’t give up your sowing habit, and your harvest will come.

This year, you and your family will rejoice. For the Lord has broken the yoke of your burden and the power of your oppressors has been removed. Now your surplus shall be established in Jesus' name.

Prayer: Lord, help me to walk into my harvest.

“WHEN A MAN’S SEASON COMES, HIS AFFLICTION WILL CEASE”
