HOURS OF PRAYER  Acts 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour” (V.1) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HOUSE OF PRAYER Support Us Acts 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Most people only pray or want to pray when they are faced with challenges. But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). Jesus spent many of his nights praying and the days working. And when He was teaching the disciples, He said, “Pray lest you fall into temptatio...

Luke 10:17-24
Devotional:- “In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight” (v.21) NKJV

A very strong factor of joy is good result. This is attaining a goal you have set ahead of yourself. Anyone who sets and achieves a goal naturally experiences a kind of joy, and this is why you must be an achiever too. The Bible talks about fullness of joy in God’s presence (Psalm 16:11). One of the factors responsible for good result is the fulfilment of God’s word. The word of God says there is a great joy in heaven over a sinner that repents (Luke 15:7). And since you are a child of God, your life must also experience the joy of achievement.
When the disciples of Jesus returned to Him, it was with joy because they had achieved their goal as instructed by the Lord; the bible says Jesus also rejoiced in the Spirit. This reveals to us this strong source of joy.
All you need to do to tap into this joy is to go about your life in the will of God, living as commanded by the Lord. God’s word says the counsel of the Lord shall stand (Proverbs 19:21). So, God’s will is bound to succeed in your hand to lead you to your joy in God. Let the thing of the kingdom of God be of primary importance to you (Matthew 6:33). Be willing to release yourself to serve for His kingdom's progress. Go about your business with the mind of pleasing the Lord and bringing glory to His kingdom. Then heaven will back you up for the result, and your days on earth will be spent in joy.

Prayer: Lord, make me a goal getter for joy.
“GOOD RESULTS WILL ALWAYS PRODUCE A REJOICING”
