But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). COMING WITH SINGING

COMING WITH SINGING

Isaiah 51:7-12

Devotional:- “So the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away” (V. 11) NKJV

Although the world is currently experiencing an increase in sorrow and sorrowful news, God has no such plan for His children. Zion is the place where God has ordained joy. That is why all God’s children must locate their Zion. This is where we gather to worship the name of the Lord, which we refer to as a place of worship today (the church).

In our scripture today, God’s word reminds us of how we are to come to Zion to find the restoration of our joy and sustain it. This is by worshipping the Lord; this is by talking about His deeds in life. Wherever God is praised, He will always manifest His power. Then the redeemed of the Lord shall always return with singing to Zion. In other words, you and your family can start to praise God in that house, office, or fellowship, and then everyone will start to return with joy. Anytime you go out, God will cause you to return with joy.

Friend, you can turn your house, your shop or office into the Zion of the Lord, a place of praise. Then God will make you to always return with joy, and sorrow shall no more have room around you. This is because wherever God is praised, He will be there (Psalm 22:3), and He will always come with the fullness of His joy (Psalm 16:11).

Prayer: Lord, give me a praiseful heart

“A PRAISEFUL PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS BE A JOYFUL PEOPLE”
