  FAMILY FORUM Hebrew 12:18-29  Devotional:- "to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,” (V.23) NKJV Every lovely family always has what I refer to as family forum. That is a period when the family comes together to care and share with one another. If you are going to enjoy the benefit of such family, you cannot be away and yet be having the best of the place. As a member of the family of God you must as well be regularly available in the fellowship with children of God. The bible refers to it as the church. The church is the body of Christ of which you are one. So deleting yourself from it will not make you enjoy the treatment Jesus the head gives to the body (Ephesians 5:25-30). SOUND MIND

2 Timothy 1:3-8
Devotional:- “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (v.7) NKJV

    One of the great heritages we have in Christ Jesus is a sound mind. This is possible by the Holy Spirit in us. A sound mind is a mind that is wonderful and good. A mind that is capable of handling any class of situation. For this mind, nothing is too difficult to reason out rightly.

People often think to get the right-minded person; one will need to see the children of the king and great people. It is believed that these people eat the right kind of food and are given the right kind of education for rulership consciousness. But do you know that, that is why you are referred to as a king on the earth (Revelation 5:10). God IS Simply removing you out of low-minded people. You now belong to the royal and ruling family.

The Spirit in you is the spirit of the almighty God, the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Since the spirit controls every mind, you are therefore carrying a kingly mind and a sound mind (Genesis 41:38). You are not trying to be wise; you are wise. What you need to explore and see the manifestation of your sound mind is to be daily purged from wrong information by meditating on the word of God (Psalm 119:97-99). The word of God is Spirit and gives life to your mind (John 6:63).

Get involved in meditation on God’s word and your mind will be at its best (Psalms 119:97-100). As you take time to live by the word of God, you will find your mind operating at a higher frequency. This mind you now have can no more fail in the face of any examination or interview. It is a mind of right judgment. Accept this truth and pronounce it on yourself and your children. And you will see a sound mind emerging in you.

DECLARATION: I HAVE THE SPIRIT OF GOD, AND SO I HAVE A SOUND MIND.

“GOD’S WORD IS AN INSTRUMENT OF MENTAL SOUNDNESS”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
