  THE HEART OF WORSHIP Romans 6:1-14 Devotional:- “And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God” (V. 13) Since worship is our first purpose on earth we need to know that worship will not be worship if we don’t surrender to God. So, surrendering is the heart of worship. In our world today, surrender sound negative. It could mean to give up or losing or admit your defeat. But it is giving ourselves to God not out of fear or necessity but in love (1 John 4:9-19). Three things often attempt to block our mind from total surrendering to God, fear, pride and confusion. As kingdom citizen, please know it that you must learn to trust God. A woman will not be able to surrender to her husband if she does not trust him and so also you to God. HOLY SPIRIT

Ezekiel 37:1-14
Devotional:- “I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the LORD, have spoken it and performed it," says the LORD"(V. 19) NKJV

    One major area where the believers are defeated is in the area of self-identification. See, ignorance of your identity makes you a defeated man before the battle. If you have not been looking at the mirror, do you know that you may carry a wrong impression of yourself? But when you look at yourself in the mirror, you will be aware of your size and shape. What you are simply doing now is looking at yourself in the mirror of the word of God (2 Corinthians 3:18).

Friend, as a believer, God’s word says you are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16). That is, the Spirit of God dwells in you. It is the spirit in a man that determines his way of living. It is the spirit in a man that determines what dignity he will carry. That is why a drunkard had lost his dignity. This is because the drunkenness spirit is a spirit with no dignity. Its goal is to reduce its victims to zero and prepare them for shame.

See, if the Spirit of God is in you, then your life cannot but look like God’s. He is the wisest, greatest, richest, most successful, and most victorious. He rules over the heavens and earth. You cannot carry His Spirit and be a loser. The only hindrance to the manifestation of God’s Spirit in you is the ignorance of your identity.

I need to let you know that all situations will begin to respond to you if you have the Holy Spirit. Elijah, Elisha, Moses, Peter, and Paul, the apostles, to mention a few, became great by the same Holy Spirit in you. See, it would be ignorant to think the Holy Spirit is only to take you to heaven. It is also to make you experience heaven here right now. Jesus said it’s for our good that He goes to the Father that the Spirit might come (John 16:5-11). This is because it takes a Spirit to influence a man for strength to take charge for change (John 14:26). Arise to take charge.

DECLARATION: IF THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS IN ME, THEN I AM MORE THAN MY CHALLENGES, AND I AM RISING TO OVERCOME THEM.

“EACH MAN’S STATUS IS DETERMINED BY THE SPIRIT IN THEM”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
