THE HEART OF WORSHIP

THE HEART OF WORSHIP Romans 6:1-14 Devotional:- “And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God” (V. 13) Since worship is our first purpose on earth we need to know that worship will not be worship if we don’t surrender to God. So, surrendering is the heart of worship. In our world today, surrender sound negative. It could mean to give up or losing or admit your defeat. But it is giving ourselves to God not out of fear or necessity but in love (1 John 4:9-19). Three things often attempt to block our mind from total surrendering to God, fear, pride and confusion. As kingdom citizen, please know it that you must learn to trust God. A woman will not be able to surrender to her husband if she does not trust him and so also you to God. To truly surrender to God, you must admit your weaknesses and limitations. That is when you truly want to ask ...

CO-CREATOR

CO-CREATOR

Hebrew 11:30-40
Devotional:- “God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us” (40) NKJV

One of the most beautiful uniqueness and attributes of God is His ability to create. That is why we refer to Him as our creator. He created the heavens and earth. He created all that we can ever see on Earth and beyond. He created the sea and the sky. He created the mountains and all the rivers. But do you know that He has left some things not to be made perfect without us?

When God created heaven and earth, He blessed man, and one of the blessings is that man is given the power to subdue the earth. Part of the interpretation of the word subdue is that we take charge of the creations of God for our benefit. That is why God has given man the brain to make automobiles, electronic gadgets, and all sorts of telecommunication equipment we have today.

Do you know that you are also a co-creator with God? God’s word says the creatures are waiting for your manifestations (Romans 8:19). Some people still have schools, businesses, industries, or organizations in them that they have not created. Some have inventions that will bless the world not created.

Friend, as a child of God, greatness is inside you. By the help of the Holy Spirit, you are coming up with what the world will pay for. Things that eyes have not seen, nor hears heard (1 Corinthians 2:9-10). It could be in the areas of fabrics or accounting organization, production, or services. That is why children of God must both be faithful and sensitive to God’s leading. As you faithfully pay your tithe and offering, there shall be a rain of ideas from heaven to change your story (Malachi 3:10–12).

PRAYER: LORD, MAKE ME KNOW YOUR CREATIVE GRACE FROM NOW ON.

“CREATING IS POSSIBLE BY THE SPIRIT OF THE CREATOR.”
