  HAPPY CHILDREN Ephesians 6:1-4 Devotional:- “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right” (V. 1) NKJV  Children are always very happy. Research said an average child laughs between 300 to 400 times in a day. They sometimes wonder why Daddy and Mummy don’t laugh as they do. That is the reason children also need the wisdom to sustain their Joy despite their age. Our scripture today teaches children who want to remain happy to be obedient to their parents. God organizes the home as a school of life for children and parents, and is the major teacher. As long as your parent teaches you in the way of the Lord, be obedient to them. Honour your parents always. To honour means to respect and yield to their guide. By so doing, you will make them glad, and you will also remain a joyful person all the days of your life.  Always remember that it is what you so that you will reap. Their words may not look like wisdom to you now, this is because of your level of maturit...

KINGS

Revelation 5:8-14
Devotional:- “And have made us kings and priest to our God and we shall reign on the earth” (V. 10) NKJV

    There are numerous people in every land but there are few kings. These are leaders of the people. These are people with authority and dominion over the environment. He that falls victim to their wrath is made to suffer greatly (Proverbs 19:12) The scripture we read today brought it to light that believers have been appointed as kings and priests and we shall reign upon the earth. I need to let you know that the scripture is referring to you. We have been made kings over the power and principalities that rule the earth. This is because the almighty God now dwells in you by His Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16; 1 John 4:4).

God the creator of all things, rules over the heavens and the earth. Lucifer the devil, one of the creatures of God, rebelled in heaven and was cast down to the earth (Isaiah 14:12-17). Since then, he has been assuming the rulership over the earth. That is one of the reasons the earth was covered with darkness (Genesis 1:2). When God realized the creation of the earth had been distorted, He then created man to rule over the earth to keep it away from the devil’s rulership and destruction (Genesis 1:26, 2:15). The devil uses dubious ways to take the rulership from man by deceiving him to sin (Genesis 3:1-5).

Since then, sin and death have been reigning over man through the deception of the devil. This is to make humanity keep going against God, His creator. By so doing humanity has been put under the punishment of sin and bondage of the devil. But Jesus came to take back the power and set us free from the power of sin, death, and the devil (Matthew 28:18). He came to give rulership back to us (Revelation 5:10).

Friend, you need to know that you’ve been appointed king over the forces that govern the earth. You have been given rulership over sin and all its consequences like sickness, poverty, debt, pain, failure, and all forms of evil (Romans 6:14). You have been given authority over all the power of the devil (Luke 10:19). You have been made to sit in heavenly places, that is the place of power and authority with Christ (Ephesians 1:19-22, 2:6). You need to resume to your office now. Don’t allow sickness, darkness, failure, poverty, and sorrow to rule your life. Arise in the power of the Holy Spirit and gain access to the realm of signs and wonders. Declares a thing in your authority from now and it shall be established (Job 22:28). Never think like a victim anymore. You are a ruler and a king. Refuse sin and the devil dominating over your life (Romans 6:14). And your life will never be the same again.

PRAYER: LORD, STRENGTHEN ME FOR MY RULERSHIP FROM NOW.

“IF A KING REFUSES TO RULE OTHERS WILL RULE OVER HIM”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
