A SAVIOUR

A SAVIOUR Matthew 1:18-25  Devotional:- “...for He will save His people from their sins”. (V. 21) Due to the multiplication of man, the increase and enlargement of needs, life is almost becoming a tragedy for the human race. It is becoming complicated for the government to successfully govern the people. Diseases and strange kinds of sickness are increasingly multiplying. Human and science solution is becoming unpromising to the challenges of life. The technologies men have built have become a trap and an unpredictable time bomb. The devices of wickedness in the hearts of men are becoming unbelievable. The relationship between people that made life bearable in the past is sacrificed for safety, so loneliness, one of the greatest enemies of man, is being joyfully embraced. And living is becoming a mixture ofjoy and sorrow. Yet in the midst of all of these, there is a way out to anyone who will embrace it. God has given us Jesus Christ as our Saviour. A SYMPATHIZER

A SYMPATHIZER

Hebrews 4:14-16
Devotional:- “For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin” (V. 15) NKJV

Sometimes, we feel Intimidated by our weaknesses, which often leads to inactivity. Weaknesses in people's life are a result of their limitations. That is why no one is perfect. Sometimes, when we try to explain our Situation to others, they cannot understand. They even look at us as lazy and non-willing people. Even in our time of challenges, the best people can offer you is further frustration.

Job's friends came to him with the motive of comforting him. But in the end, they frustrated him more (Job 16:2). The truth is, a frustrated person cannot succeed. But you can lean on Christ. He can understand what you are going through. He is not a friend who cannot feel with us. Most people of the same language, though, today are selfish and frustrated with their neighbours. When you are down, they mock and laugh at you. What a horrible and miserable life man is living.

But you have a good friendship in Christ. Someone who can understand what you are going through. He too has gone through what human predicaments are. That is why you should feel free to share your challenges with Him. He will listen to you always. He is never fed up with it. He knows how you are feeling. He knows your pains. He really can understand beyond what you can explain.

Only learn to come before him boldly in praises and prayers not in condemnation so that the enemy will not take advantage of you. He will show you His mercy. He will hear your prayers and will heal your wound. Put your trust in Him and your story will change for the better.

PRAYER: LORD, BRING YOUR STRENGTH INTO MY WEAKNESS.
