Man, by his complexity, sometimes creates complications for himself in life. One of the things we often do incorrectly is to measure our lives by comparing them to other people’s lives. We often forget that we are sent for a different purpose, so our goals and objectives cannot be the same. GOD IN YOU 1 Corinthians 3:11-23 Devotional:- “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (v. 16) NKJV      The word of God says we are the temple of God. A temple is a house where a deity stays and there is worship. God made man to work through us to fulfill His plan on the earth. As a Spirit being, it will be out of place for God to operate in this world without man so also the devil. At creation, God put Himself into the dust and that is what makes Adam a living being (Genesis 2:7). Man, ignorantly allowed the devil to use him and the devil took over the rulership of the world from Adam (Luke 4:6, 2 Corinthians 4:4). God promised that the seed of the woman will defeat the devil (Genesis 3:15).

POWER OR CHANGE Philippians 4:1-8 Devotional:- “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” (V.8) NLT      Nothing can change in your life until the change commences from your heart. Changes from within will always give birth to outward change (Matthew 12:35). The key to change is always in the hand of men and the key is the choice of what we give our heart to thinking. If you choose to change your thinking pattern, about people, situations, and all about you, then your change has commenced.

CHOOSE YOUR SIDE      Titus 1:10-15 Devotional:- "To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled” (V.15) NKJV      The word of God told us the measure of great things God can do (Ephesians 3:20). He can do great and mighty things to anyone and everyone but there is a clause in this scripture. It talks about a power at work in us, which determines the extent to which God can work in individuals. Know that your needs are small to Him (2 Chronicles 14:11). You are the one that limits the extent of His manifestation in your life.

FIGHTING BY FAITH I Timothy 6:11-16 Devotional:- “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses” (V.12) NKJV      So many people do not understand that we are here for the battle that is already won. As challenging as life could be, Christ has won the battle for us (John 16:33). Our enemy, the devil has been defeated on the cross of Calvary (Colossians 2:15). The victory of Jesus on the cross is our inheritance. We have been giving authority over all the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Our authority only works when we fight by faith (1 John 5:4). You don’t need to run from your challenges. They are there to prove your ability in God for victory.

FATHER’S MINISTRY  John 15:13-17 Devotional:- “You didn't choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name” (V.16) NLT          We know so much about the ministry of the Son and the Holy Spirit today, but much has not been discovered about the ministry of God the Father. We need to know that God has not created anyone to suffer, struggle, or carry life challenges alone. God did not fashion life for struggle. Men only struggle because they are ignorant of the order of life.

PRAYER OF FAITH James 5:13-18 Devotional:- “And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (V.15) NKJV      One of the major ways a believer exercises spiritual warfare is through prayer. So it is of necessity that we learn how to pray the prayer that will not fail. The truth is that praying without faith is a fruitless religious exercise. God honors the prayers honor His children but wants us to pray with faith.

NEVER GIVE UP John 5:1-15 Devotional:- “The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me” (V.7) NKJV      It will be impossible for a man who has given up to operate by faith. To live by faith your heart must constantly be positive with God that you will make it (Mark 11:23). But when a man has given up he is simply negative. He cannot see a better tomorrow. He cannot see himself making it again in life. Right in his own heart, he has canceled his chances of success.

ENDURANCE Genesis 25:27-34 Devotional:- "Look, I'm dying of starvation!" said Esau. "What good is my birthright to me now?” (V.32) NLT      Faith will not yet be possible without endurance. The faith of some people do not produce because they only want it too quickly, and are not willing to wait (Job 14:14). Exploit of faith will not be possible if you will not endure in your current situation. If Jesus had considered the pain of the cross, He would have jumped down and will not enjoy the glory (Hebrews 12:2-3). Our endurance is not to remain in pain forever but to believe that our faith in God will not disappoint us.

And when he also had struck the water, it was divided this way and that; and Elisha crossed over” (V.14) NKJV            It is necessary to note that the mysteries of God look so ordinary to people of no understanding. Some of the things that have kept us from the power of God are religion, tradition, and human philosophy. For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God (1 Corinthians 1:8). One of such neglected vessels of power is the mantle. These are materials that have contacted the anointing of God having contacted the anointed. The anointing flows when a Spirit-filled believer allows the Holy Spirit to flow through them.

But Jesus quickly told them “It is I, be not afraid’ (Matthew 14:27). And now when Peter knew it was Jesus, he demanded that Jesus instruct him to come. Jesus commanded him to come. And he stepped out towards Jesus walking on the sea. As they both were walking on the sea, Peter later began to look at the sea, he removed his eyes from Jesus and began to sink. Jesus had to rescue him.

But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success.
