SLOW TO ANGER   Proverbs 16:27-33 Devotional:- “He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” (V. 32) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional SLOW TO ANGER Support Us Proverbs 16:27-33 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com The spirit of anger has destroyed many lives in this generation. The devil has made many people see success as attainable as you learn to be angry. Students in the School and children in the house are no longer to plead but show their anger to have their way. Workers get angry at employers to threaten them to do what they want. Wives and husbands get angry at themselves to run their homes. People are even proud that they are stronger in anger than others. But do you know that a wise man is slow in responding to anger? Do you know that anger...

OUR DIFFERENT ABILITIES

OUR DIFFERENT ABILITIES

Matt 25:14-19
Dev “And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey.” (v. 15)

Sometimes we get disturbed when we see someone doing better than us in life. We sometime feel God is partial. This is the mentality that made people organize robbery. This is because they feel so, so and so are getting better than them. So they feel they should rather go and take their share. This will always bounce back and result to zero.

It is important we come to know that our level today determines what God allows us to access. There is no one to be blamed than us. If we want more we therefore have to improve our capacity (Luke 16:10-12). The capacity of each and everyone is his/her limitation. The scripture says each one is given according to his own ability.

Friend, one of the vital assignment we have on earth is to increase our capacity. Our capacity is what we can receive and retain. Anything given to a man more than his ability will be wasted. You cannot force 50cl liquid into 35cl container. We increase our capacity and ability by learning and using the knowledge we have leant by wisdom. Move close to people you know that are better than you. Be teachable and learn and you will keep increasing your capacity (Revelation 13:20, Proverbs 24:5)

PRAYER- Lord, help me to be committed to self-development.
