HIS NAME

HIS NAME John 14:7-14  Devotional:- “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” (V. 14) NKJV The key is like a magic or a major instrument that opens the door. When you have a key that opens a particular door, you do not need to bother or be worried about how to enter. But you just goes in without fear. Such is the game of life for the successful. When you have the key to the door, you don’t struggle. When Jesus came to the world, having known the importance of the key, he promised the disciples that they would have the keys that open the Kingdom of heaven (Matthew l6:19). One of the keys is His name. The father gave him this name. He purchased the name by His obedience to the father and Jesus gave the name to us (Philippians 2:8-11). This name is a key that was released to us from heaven (John 16:23). This name has become a purchasing power in heaven and on earth. It is more highly loaded than any credit card. Jesus said, whatever you ask the Father in my name, it shall...

REGRETS

REGRETS

Luke 16:1-4
Dev: “"Then the steward said within himself, 'What shall I do? For my master is taking the stewardship away from me. I cannot dig; I am ashamed to beg.” (v. 3)

Stewardship teaches us that every act of unfaithfulness or irresponsibility in our current opportunities will be regretted. This is because unfaithfulness in every opportunity will lead to loss of such opportunity. No matter how great or small you think the opportunities are, when it is lost, it leads to regret.

Man often wants to relax when they are having some good opportunities. We sometimes get so used to what we are doing that it loses value to us. This could makes someone feel even if they lose it, it will not matter. I have seen people in enviable opportunities which becomes common to them and when they lose it, they could not amount to anything again in life. Remember the prodigal son (Luke 15:17-18).

Friend, what you are looking down on today may be a big stewardship opportunity that the Lord has given you. Please know that God is watching all you are doing. If you will not regret it, then humble yourself and be grateful to God. Become faithful to God and your leaders. Don't envy others. Celebrate what God has given you, value that family, business or ministry. Don't throw away your goods for others. There is nothing bad that cannot be good, if someone good will work on it. Peace.

PRAYER- Lord reveal the value of my opportunities to me.

“TO THE UNFAITHFUL, OPPORTUNITIES ARE NOT VALUED TILL THEY ARE LOST”
