  PEACE John 14:19-31  Devotional:- “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (27) NKJV Peace has been the desire of every nation and tribe. Even the United Nations (UN) is set up for peacemaking in the world. But the more the world seeks peace, the less they have it. This is because man cannot give peace. Until the world embraces the Prince of Peace, her peace may not be established. Though we are in the world, we are not of the world. The love of Christ for us has given us peace. He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). The world does not know this because they are not of his own. Peace is a product of the love of God for you. If you don’t have it, receive it from today. This peace begins in our heart, and it goes on to affect everything around us. Since the world does not have it within, they cannot manifest it. Jesus said, He has given you His peace. THE SOUL

1 Peter 2:18-25
Dev:  “For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.”  (Vs. 25)

    There are two forces that govern the souls of people. They are the forces of God and of the devil. These forces have no right to force themselves on you, till you give your soul to them. (Revelation 3:20). This is because you are made a free moral agent. Unconsciously to most people who don't consciously give their soul to God, they do not know that they have given it to the devil through sin (1 John 3:8-10, Romans 6:16)

A greater percentage of people in most churches today have not consciously given their soul to God. They only assume they are children of God. People think been a child of God is when you bear Christian name and go to church once a while. They have one day lifted up their hands in the church as a sign of coming to Jesus. But this is making a covenant they do not keep.

Friend, your soul was made by God (Genesis 2:7) But the forces of the devil is doing all in their power to possess it (1   Peter 2:11). All he needs to do is to make you live as you like and not just as God instruct (Matt 7:21-22). If your soul will be for God, you must consciously hand it over to Jesus, see him as the owner by you fearfully obeying Him to do whatever he instructs you to do. Peace. 

PRAYER- Lord, I receive grace to totally commit my soul to you.

“YOUR SOUL IS SOLD TO WHOM YOU OBEY”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
