THANK HIM FOR ALL

THANK HIM FOR ALL Zechariah 4:1-10 Devotional:- “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; His hands shall also finish it and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you” (V. 9) KJV In such a season as this, one of the weapons of the devil to steal the joy of many is discouragement. The enemy will make them see that God has not been good to them. He will make us to think of what God has not done, and not what He has done. He will make us compare ourselves to others and so one will see other people as better.   God can provide all that you need, and He is not mindful or unfaithful to you. He gave you the one you have today, but all that is good for your life. He will also give you if you can wait on Him by faith. Such time like this should challenge us to become better to do better. Every time you are not happy with your current situation, just know that a change is about to take place in your life. It is now you who will determine ...

ENJOYING POWERS

ENJOYING POWERS

Psalms 103:15-22
Devotional:- “Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word” (V. 20)

A man with authority is given the right to command powers. A man's level of authority is determined by the size of his power. These powers are the volume of creatures that carries out his instructions. Jesus said “all power in heaven and on earth has been given unto me (Matthew 28:18). This means, every power must submit to His authority (Philippians 2:9-11).

Just as the father has given Jesus all authority, Jesus has also given it to us (Luke 10:19). We enjoy these powers at different levels as we relate with God. If you will stand in the authority that Christ has given you, then you will enjoy the powers of God working to establish your word (Job 22:21-23, 27-30). That is when you enjoy been a prayerful Christian. This is because your word enjoys the manifestation of the power of God. These are the angels of God.

It is the angels of God that carries out the word of God. When you learn to stand in the victory Jesus has given you by faith, you will enjoy the angelic ministration around your life. That is why you need to build up faith of your inheritance in Christ Jesus. Remember, faith comes as you meditate in the word of God (Romans 10:17). When you keep a regular and close relationship with God, He will always show you His word for your faith. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace of close relationship with you.
