TIME OF JOY Philippians 4:1-7 Devotional:- “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again l say, rejoice.” (V. 4) KJV One of the most important and most needed virtues of life is joy. When joy is not in place, many things may not be in place. It is joy that eases a man off the tension of life. It is joy that puts men always in health (Proverbs 17:22). It is joy that destroys our doubt. It is the joy in the Lord that increases our faith. It is joy that refreshes our minds and gives us mental richness. There are many more things that joy does in our lives, yet it looks so scarce in the lives of many. This is because there are not many pleasant situations that will help them rejoice. But you, as a believer, should know that you cannot afford to live in sorrow, for without joy, life will be totally in shambles.   TIME OF CELEBRATION  2 Samuel 6:11-23 Devotional:- “Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod” (V. 14) NKJV As much as this season is tagged with much celebration, the enemy often tries to see how he could poison the joy of many people to remove them from the list of people who will celebrate. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren?
