  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10).  EYES HAVE NOT SEEN


I Corinthians 2:6-16
Devotional:- “But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."” (V. 9) NKJV

Notwithstanding the experiences of people in the world today, God’s promises concerning His children remain valid. That is why you must not allow what you are going through to make you look down on the word of God.

Our scripture today simply means that God will yet do in your life things that will embarrass the world. Your current state cannot be compared with your coming glory (Romans 8:18). That is why you must not give up your hope in Christ. Refuse to be a victim of your situation.

All you need to do is learn the way of God’s wisdom, which is superior to that of the world. This is the way of being guided by the Spirit and the word of God. As a believer, believe in taking to God’s instruction, notwithstanding the look of your situation. Always ask the Holy Spirit what to do. Be simple in the hand of the Holy Spirit, and your part shall always lead to success at last.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always live in your wisdom.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
