  SHARING YOUR LIFE MESSAGE 1 John 5:6-13 Devotional:- “He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son” (V. 10) It is important we know that when we become believers we also become God’s messengers. God want to speak to the world through you (2 Corinthians 2:17). As messengers of Christ we must be willing to share the gospel wherever we find ourselves. Our life messages have four parts. Your life message includes your testimony. This is the story of how Christ has made a difference in your life (1 Peter 2:9). True witnesses are to simply reporting what happen to them or what they saw. These are all about; what my life was before I met Jesus, how I realized I needed Jesus; how I committed my life to Jesus, the difference Jesus has made in my life. Malachi 2:1-5
Devotional:- “if you do not listen, and if you do not set your heart to honor my name,” says the Lord Almighty, “I will send curse upon you, and l will curse your blessings. Yes I have already cursed them, because you have not set your heart to honor me.” (V. 2) NIV

In such a period like this one of the things God expects from you and me ls that we should be grateful unto Him. It is a great thing that the Lord has kept us to See the end of another year. You need to know that countless number of people have been swallowed by death in the year. Even if many things are yet to be where you expected them to be, death will never be a better option for you and your family. God has kept you because He still has a good plan for you. He still sees a great future ahead of you. So be grateful.

In the scripture we read today God expected the priest of which you are one (I Peter 2:9) to be grateful unto Him but they did not, so He cursed their blessings. May your blessing not be cursed? You can now see the reason why many labour in vain.

Friend, put aside all your challenges and give thanks to God. Call your family together and offer thanksgiving prayers unto God. Thank Him for every little thing He has done for you and your blessings shall no more be cursed but blessed. Then your new year will be with increase of God’s blessing (Psalm 67:5-7) and your life shall progress tremendously.

Prayer: Lord, give me a thankful heart

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
