  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10). If you don’t know that you have any of this gift, it is because you have not care...

JOYFUL WOMAN

 JOYFUL WOMAN


1 Peter 3:1-6
Devotional:- “Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives,” (V. 1) NKJV

When a woman is living in joy, her family will also live in joy. That is why every woman deserves to be happy. This is because God has made a woman to be an Important part of the family. She is the beauty of her family. She is the glory of the home (Inside every woman’s handbag are instruments of their beauty. That is why they can’t do without the bag).

Our scripture today gives us other things that should be in the bag of a happy woman. No matter your status as a woman, yet give the place of headship to your husband (1 Peter 3:1). The word of God want you to conduct yourself in the fear of God (1 Peter 3:2). 

A woman who will live in joy must also take time to build godly character as her beauty. This should always be in their handbag. They are the true costume of a beautiful woman. Ask for the grace to love your husband and children till you raise them for the glory of God, and you shall be a joyful woman for the rest of your life.

Prayer: Lord, help me to build godly beauty in my heart.
“THE CONTENT OF THE BAG OF A WOMAN IS THE DETERMINANT OF HER BEAUTY”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
