  NEVER FORGOTTEN Isaiah 49:13-23  Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.  The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful.  LOVE OF GOD


I John 4:7-19
Devotional:- “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God” (V. 7) NIV

You can hardly separate these two virtues; they are love and joy. They work together as twin brothers. You cannot love and not be joyful. In this season of joy, one of the things you must give room to for your joy to come is love. If you were not billing to love, you may not see joy. They have the same source; they both come from God (Psalm 16:11, 1 John 4:8)

The scripture we read today said, Love comes from God and love is God. This means God cannot be in you and you can still hate. If you do, it is a sign that you are not born of God. You cannot be stealing and cheating, and you say you are a child of God.

The bible teaches us how to truly demonstrate love. This is by following the example of God. He demonstrated His own love by giving us His most precious gift, Jesus Christ. Love and giving have the same meaning. Whoever you’ve hated in the past, it is time to demonstrate love to them. Gather your strength to be a giver to people that has been a blessing to you. Give the gospel of Jesus to your neighbours and colleagues; give the gift of courage to people around you; bless and do not curse. Then you shall be called a child of God, and your joy shall be permanent.

Prayer: Lord, give me the spirit of love.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
