  CHILDREN OF GOD I John 3:1-3  Devotional:- “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him” (V.1) NKJV One of the unique things on earth is that, each one belongs to one family or the other. Some are from a great family, their name sounds great, and others are from a family that is not well-known. The truth is that, the lineage each of us belongs to, sometimes speaks and shows in our live. Those who are seen as children of great people in the world are often counted as privileged. But the scripture we read today is aimed at making you appreciate the privilege of being a child of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are born into a great family on earth or not. MENTAL STRENGTH

Luke 2:41-47
Devotional:- “All who heard him were amazed at his intelligent answers”. (V. 47) G.B

    Man needs to always appreciate God for the wonderful brain He has given him. All we can see today as technological development are product of the human mind. And I want to say that we have not seen anything yet. I expect a time to come when there will be individual car-size aircraft in our houses like the car; and many other greater things conceived in my heart.

But then do you know that as much as we have come to an age of mind exploit, as much as some people still lack mental strength? I often tell people that they are not dull. It is not difficult to identify a dull mind. He Wouldn’t be able to think rightly and this is the work of the devil.

You need to know that God has created each of us differently. Some people are slow learners, some others are fast learners. None of them is dull. Each one will only need to understand his mental system and operate in their system. Help your child understand this. You are a slow learner and not dull. The fact that someone is a slow learner does not mean he is dull but it will only take time for him to study and understand. So he can also succeed. Take responsibility for exercising your brain. You will discover that you are also intelligent. Learn to be inquisitive. Always get involved in what I call brain sport. That is rational thinking to contact wisdom (Proverb 13:20). A genius is only taking time to exercise the brain. You can also be one. Your brain is great. You are not dull. God’s grace is upon you today. Your mind shall begin to produce amazingly. You shall be called a wise man.

PRAYER: LORD, LAY A HAND ON MY MIND TO BE AWAKE.

“YOUR MIND CAN TURN YOU GREAT IF YOU WILL NOT MIND TO EXERCISE IT”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
