  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. YOU CAN SUCCEED

Judges 6:11-21
Devotional:- "Then the LORD turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?” (V. 14).

    Many people often look at success as something impossible for them. They live as slave to destiny writing off their chances of success. They have a look of failure and are not expecting a better tomorrow. This is a product of long time in the same situation. They have tried and tried to no avail. They seem to have concluded that success is impossible for them.

The angel of the Lord said to Gideon, go and conquer the Midianites. You are a mighty man of valour. The angel spoke according to the Grace he could see upon Gideon but Gideon saw himself as incapable and a failure. He does not have the right view of himself. He does not see what God can do through him (Philippians 4:13).

Friend, there is no one who cannot succeed. We only need to build up to succeed. We only need to work on our attitude and on our mind-set. He who made you did not make you to fail. He packaged you to be able to succeed. The success of others should not intimidate you or make you feel more like a failure. Your experiences are not to stop your life but to guide you out of failure (Hebrews 5:8). God allow you to go through all you’ve been going through is not to make you remain a failure. We are to learn from our failure experiences and grow. We are not to become Mr or Mrs Failure. If you can change your mind-set about yourself and learn right attitude toward life, you will succeed. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, give me the courage to believe in my ability to succeed.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
