OUR ROCK

OUR ROCK Psalms 18:1-3 Devotional:- Lord is my rock and my fortress and deliverer…” (V.2) One of the love emblems to us is that He is our rock. He is known as the rock of ages. Because He loves us, He is always there for us. Rock is a symbol of strength and confidence. The cleft of the rock is always a beautiful place of refuge. Water from the rock is always pure and cool. As part of His love for us, He has become our rock (I Corinthians 10:4). He is the rock of our salvation, of our peace and protection. The bird eagle lives on the rock above the reach of the enemy. The water on it is refreshing and clean, far above the reach of the dust. The cave of the rock is always very cool and secure, far above the reach of either the arrow of the enemy or the scourging of the sun. This is who Jesus is for us. STUDY

STUDY

1 Timothy 4:12-16
Devotional:- "Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine". (V. 13)

Taking the adventure of studying is traveling on the way to strength to rise. Studying makes man to discover new things that are capable of making him gain new strength to arise and achieve something in life. Studying engage our mind in both studying and searching. It is discovered that this often leads to recovery, no one discover and remain in trouble.

Apostle Paul instructs Timothy to give attention to reading. Studying is a deeper dimension of reading but it all start with reading. Studying engages our curiosity, studying made us a researcher. The word of God says those who seek Him shall find Him (Matthew 7:7-8)

Friend, no one become strong just by talking but by equipping and exposing our mind to what could help us attain strength in the Lord. In studying we are challenged to arise. A mind without knowledge will be weak and lead to nothing (Proverbs 19:2). It was in the course of studying that Daniel got to know that Israel need to be free from the hand of Babylon (Daniel 9:1-3). Study to find out the truth of our freedom through Christ Jesus. This will eventually lead you to the action of faith for your freedom. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, give me a heart that loves to study

“ONLY THOSE WHO GIVE THEMSELVES TO STUDDING CAN DISCOVER TO RECOVER”
