SETBACK Genesis 39:10-21 Devotional:- “Then Joseph's master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were confined. And he was there in the prison” (v.20) NKJV Most people do not yet understand that what we call a setback, a lot of time is a set-up to set us to our top. Setback, as viewed by people, is demotion, but it is rather an opportunity to retreat and re-fire for greater victory. When the purpose of a thing is not known, men are bound to abuse it. Today, we read about Joseph, who was thanking God for being promoted from a slave to a house overseer. He always tried to put his best into his assignment, and by this, he always had joy. At this time, the enemy wanted to damage his testimony by the temptation of sin, but he stood his ground for God (2 Timothy 2:22). But then he faced something like a demotion to prison. This looks like an act of wickedness from God that he was trying to please, but Joseph knew that there is a price for righteo...

SUCCESS COMPANY

SUCCESS COMPANY

Proverbs 13:18-22
Devotional:- "He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed". (V. 20)

God made man in his image and in his likeness (Genesis 1:27). One of the factors of likeness of God in us is our ability to relate. God is relational in nature, so He made us to be relational in nature. Part of the blessing of been relational is social influence. We tend to influence each other to actions in life. The word of God says he that walks with the wise shall be wise and the companion of fools shall be destroyed. This simply spells out the fact that right company will influence us for right result in life and ministry.

Friends, there are many good things you will never attempt until you see someone doing it. By knowledge we have gained through reading many success factors. Do you know we know them but we don’t do them? But when we see someone doing it we wake up. I have seen this work for me again and again. If you don’t find right people to walk with, it may not be easy to succeed. By the wisdom of relationship Elisha encounter the power of God in the life of Elijah (2 Kings 2:15). The same with the Apostles (Act 4:15). Don’t sit down condemning the successful. Arise and connect, Peace!

Prayer: Lord, lead me in your righteousness to connect to succeed

“SUCCESS CONNECTIONS ALWAYS ACTIVATE THE STRENGTH TO SUCCEED”.
