That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. He sent messengers to Jesus to ask if He was the Christ or not. This question see...

IN THEN OUT

IN THEN OUT

Matthew 12:33-37
Devotional:- "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things". (V. 35)

If anyone want to succeed, it is important that we realize that it has to be first built inside before it can truly manifest outside. Everyone wants the external manifestation of success but most people do not want to labour to build a life of success. Until your heart is qualified to succeed, pursuit of success will always be a frustration.

Jesus says, a good man bring forth good things out of his heart. This means our heart composition is the determinant of our level of success. Someone said the heart of the problem is the problem of the heart. Until your heart is rightly structured it will be a big issue to have a sustaining success. This is so because our heart is what determines our life. (Proverbs 23:7). It is our heart that is the engine of production of what we shall have in this world. If we have what we don’t have the heart capacity for, we are bound to lose it.

Friend, stop getting frustrated trying to control what you cannot control. Identify the needed character and start to labouring to attain the positive attitude that make you capable to handle it (Matthew 12:33). Labour to attain emotional balance, start to labour to always act positively. Labour to cultivate right habits of success in life. Labour to build success mindset. Labour to build right belief system and you will start to work in the part of success. God always release us into our success but it is our attitude and mind-set that often deny us access. When these are rightly put in place then success is inevitable. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to be humble to build inner character of success.
