LIFTING Psalms 75:1-10 Devotional:- “But God is the judge. He putteth down one and setteth up another.” (V. 7) KJV It is part of God’s act of love to lift up his own people. If you have a privilege be in an office, there is every tendency that you will want use your office to help and lift the people you love, so also is God. He is highly exalted. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is the creator of heaven and earth. The bible calls Him the judge, in other word, He rules and decides the case of everyone in heaven and earth. So he is willing to lift you up as the one He loves. In the sovereignty of God, I have seen God demonstrating His love by lifting the unworthy. People like Joseph, David, Solomon, Paul the apostle and a host of others. If you as a child of God enjoy a status now it is part of His good gesture to you. And whatever level you are now, do not be discouraged, for He is still taking you higher. He took Joseph from the prison to the palace (Genesis 41:...

PATH OF FAVOUR

PATH OF FAVOUR

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 12:1-10
Devotional:- “A good man obtains favor from the LORD, But a man of wicked intentions He will condemn.”(V.2)

A great blessing that accompanied the journey of the righteous is favour. By this, God always bless the righteous (Psalm 5:12). God is the owner of all things (Psalm 24:1) and He has the right to directing to wherever He will. Righteousness qualifies a man for the favour of God.

Because a righteous man is wearing God’s nature, he becomes the target of the Lord for favour. Favour is manifested by God through His angels touching people to bless the righteous (Exodus 3:21-22). This is because according to the law of God, righteousness forbids a man from lack (Psalm 37:25) That is why the righteous will always obtain favour.

Where others are turned down, the righteous nature of God in the righteous becomes irresistible. That is why evil does not happen to the righteous (Proverbs 11:8). They have obtained God's favour. Choose to live in consciousness of the righteousness Christ provided for you by faith (Philippians 3:9). Choose the will of God in all things and by favour Gods blessing will overtake you (Deuteronomy 28:1-4). And you will be blessed. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, give me the heart for your righteousness.

“RIGHTEOUSNESS AND FAVOUR ARE INSEPARABLE "
