  PALMS OF HIS HAND Isaiah 49:14-20  Devotional:- “See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.” (V.16) NKJV Sometimes in the course of the journey of life, we look at ourselves and ask questions. Who created me? Why am I created? Such times make life look not worth living; ungodly men at such times could consider death as a better option than living. When they see others laughing, they ask, what is making them laugh? Friend, Your laughter will soon come. Do you know that you are a special creature of God? The scripture we read today said you are inscribed in the palms of God’s hand. That means he loves you and is not willing to forget you. In Isaiah 49:15, He said, others could forget you, but He will not. When a man is in love with a woman, they take the pictures of each other all around in their books, bags and even in their bible. They look at the picture and have a feeling of love. They are never ashamed to show it to others....

MANIFESTATION OF GLORY

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 28:10-14
Devotional:- “When the righteous rejoice, there is great glory; But when the wicked arise, men hide themselves” (V.12)

    One of the trouble of worldly living is a life void of the glory of God (Roman 3:23). Such life will be full of shame and disgrace. The devil deceives people into ungodly life through pleasure. He always wants people to think they have a high life, even when they have been destroyed (Job 31:3; Proverbs 14:12).

The manifestation of the glory of God is a life style of the righteous, because he carries the presence of God. He is greatly protected by the Lord (Psalm 34:7, Job 1:8). So, evil does not come around his life and family. The manifestation of the glory of God is the beauty and the honour that is always present wherever the godly people gather. While the unrighteous gather to celebrate but end up in fighting and rioting. The righteous have and glory in their celebration.

Friend, don't be deceived that worldliness is enjoyment. It is evil to join the ungodly (1 Corinthians 15:33). It is actually the way to walk in blindness of the mind for destruction. You will see the glory of God in all your ways. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to remain in the glory of your righteousness 

“RIGHTEOUSNESS CONNECTS TO THE GLORY OF GOD”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
