  PALMS OF HIS HAND Isaiah 49:14-20  Devotional:- “See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.” (V.16) NKJV Sometimes in the course of the journey of life, we look at ourselves and ask questions. Who created me? Why am I created? Such times make life look not worth living; ungodly men at such times could consider death as a better option than living. When they see others laughing, they ask, what is making them laugh? Friend, Your laughter will soon come. Do you know that you are a special creature of God? The scripture we read today said you are inscribed in the palms of God’s hand. That means he loves you and is not willing to forget you. In Isaiah 49:15, He said, others could forget you, but He will not. When a man is in love with a woman, they take the pictures of each other all around in their books, bags and even in their bible. They look at the picture and have a feeling of love. They are never ashamed to show it to others....

JOYFUL LIFE

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 13:1-10
Devotional:- “The light of the righteous rejoices, But the lamp of the wicked will be put out”(V.9)

    Life becomes beautiful when we live it with joy. The fact is that many things causes sorrow for the sons of men in this world. Not many things that happen to man make him to find joy? But those chooses to walk right with God will always find the atmosphere of joy. 

The reason the righteous find a life of joy is because they enjoy light of life. Light is the function of an understanding heart. Whatever a man does not understand cannot be meaningful to him. But it is the breath of the Spirit of God that gives understanding (Job 32:8).

Friend, a man may be a lecturer in a financial institution, if God do not give him light on issue of finances, he may still be broke. This is one of the great blessings you can enjoy when you choose to obey the Lord than following men. The ungodly may be rejoicing in wickedness, the joy is temporal (Proverbs 21:16, Proverbs 13:15). By light of understanding, the righteous will keep having joy. Choose to live right with God. While the light of others are going out, yours will be getting brighter in Jesus name. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, give me access to the light of life.

“LIFE WITHOUT LIGHT WILL ALWAYS BE IN CONFUSION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
