BLESSINGS Ephesians 2:1-8 Devotional:- “How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every blessing in heaven because we belong to Christ.” (V. 3) TLB. In the demonstration of the love of Christ to us, believers need to come to awareness that He has made every blessing available to us in heavenly places. You need to know that nothing happens physically on earth unless it has been first approved by heaven. You will observe some people trying to achieve something you consider not too difficult, but it eventually becomes impossible for them. This is because heaven has not approved it for them. You must have heard apostle Paul use the language, “from the foundation of the world," which is the things already concluded in heaven for us.  But as for you, the Bible says, God has already blessed you with all blessings in the heavenly places. RIGHT CHOICES

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 12: 19-28
Devotional:- “The righteous should choose his friends carefully, For the way of the wicked leads them astray” (V26)

    One of the blessings of righteousness is that it helps to make the right choices. Making of choices in life is a major and a critical need of life. But the Bible says “the steps of the upright are ordered by the Lord (Psalms 37:23-24). Though a righteous man may fall, but he will not be totally cast down. He will keep rising up (Proverbs 24:16).

When a man makes a choice to live in righteousness, his choice ability becomes stronger. This is because the choice to live in the righteousness of God makes us different to some people who don't want to go through the same route (2 Corinthians 6:14-18). There are places you can no longer find him. There are practices he can no longer be involved. There are cloth, businesses etc. you can no longer find with him. (Psalm 1:1-2, Daniel 3:16-18)

Friend, make up your mind to live in the righteousness of God. This will make your choices focus on the will of God. Your life will be definite. Your decisions will be predictable to all. They know what you will take and what you will not. This is when you can truly be called a child of God. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to choose the path of righteousness.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
