  ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE l John 4:12-19 Devotional:- “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.“ (V. 18) NKJV In any environment where love is predominant, such environment will be characterized with liberty. So many people who desire an atmosphere of love today unconsiciously create barriers agaisnt it by not creating a free environment. In the home of some people, though they complain there is no love, they don’t create liberty among themselves. The scripture we read today says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “A very good portrait of love is the atmosphere God created in the garden of Eden at creation. God wanted love, and so He made it a free relationship. Liberty is not an absence of rules and regulations but the joy of living by the rules without fear. SUBMISSION 

Scripture Reading: Matthew 8:5-13
Devotional: -“For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and to another, 'Come,' and he comes; and to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it." (V. 9) NKJV


     There is a strong need for people in this generation to understand the strength in submission. When God ask the women to submit to their husbands, it is a way to empower them in the house. Anyone you are submitting to will back you up. You enjoy the delegated authority of the one you submit to. You have the privilege to be supervised by the one you submit to and that will help you to avoid pitfall. It makes you command authority over people under you.

The centurion said to Jesus, He only needs to speak a word for his servant to be healed. This is because he understands the power of submission. The man explain in verse 9 “I am a man under authority, so, I command authority” check anyone under no authority, such will also lack authority.

Friend, consciously submit to a superior. Women submit to husbands and then your children will submit to you. Talk about your senior as important, then you will become important. Don't let the outbreak of knowledge make you proud, so that you will not lose your authority. Submit to a church under a leader, even the devil will not be able to withstand you. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace of submission.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
