THANK HIM FOR ALL

THANK HIM FOR ALL Zechariah 4:1-10 Devotional:- “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; His hands shall also finish it and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you” (V. 9) KJV In such a season as this, one of the weapons of the devil to steal the joy of many is discouragement. The enemy will make them see that God has not been good to them. He will make us to think of what God has not done, and not what He has done. He will make us compare ourselves to others and so one will see other people as better.   God can provide all that you need, and He is not mindful or unfaithful to you. He gave you the one you have today, but all that is good for your life. He will also give you if you can wait on Him by faith. Such time like this should challenge us to become better to do better. Every time you are not happy with your current situation, just know that a change is about to take place in your life. It is now you who will determine ...

PRESENCE OF GOD

PRESENCE OF GOD

Scripture Reading: Numbers 14:1-10
Devotional:- “Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them" (V. 9) NKJV

For anyone to be strong as a child of God, he/she must carry a mindset of the presence of God. God said to us that He will never leave nor forsake us (Joshua 1:5). Jesus said, “He will be with us forever” (Matthew 28:20). These are the truth of the word of God. To be strong, a man must believe and accept this truth as a reality for himself. You must always see God himself. You must always see God behind you with your eyes of imagination according to the word of God (John 8:29).

The children of Israel got themselves into trouble because they are not aware that the presence of God was in their mindset. Joshua told them that the Lord is in their midst to give them victory, but they could not understand. Until over 600,000 of them died in the wilderness.

Friend, things of the Spirit is different from the physical. Learn to know and imagine that the word of God is true. See the presence of God with you always (Psalms 16:8). Wherever you may go from now, see in your imagination that the presence of God is with you (John 8:29). That is a strong factor of confidence and strength in the Lord (Psalm 23:5). Then you will always be confident in life. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always see your presence with me.

“IF GOD IS WITH YOU, YOU CANNOT BE DEFEATED”
