TAKE NO OFFENCE Luke 7:18-30 Devotional:- “And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me” (v.23) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TAKE NO OFFENCE Support Us Luke 7:18-30 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Sometimes, men easily get offended. That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. WISDOM

WISDOM

Scripture Reading: Ecclesiastics 7:15-21
Devotional:- “Wisdom strengthens the wise More than ten rulers of the city” (v. 19) NKJV

Wisdom is strength. It will always prevail in all situations. Wisdom is strong enough to defeat a strong man. When a man is equipped with wisdom, he will keep increasing in an unstoppable way. Wisdom will take victory before the battle ever began. Wisdom would have gone far ahead before many wakes up. Wisdom will always make you strong for victory (Proverbs 24:5).

The word of God tells us about different kinds of wisdom (James 3:13-18). There is earthly wisdom, which is very weak at keeping track of good result. It lies and deceives or dupes others to win. There is also sensual wisdom. This is a natural gift of using the brain or calls it common sense. There is also demonic wisdom. It plays on selfishness and confusion at last. The wisdom that produces strength is from above. It is pure, peaceable and gentle. It is full of mercy without partiality or hypocrisy. Wherever it is found, all good things fall in place with it (Proverbs 4:5-9).There is nothing impossible before this wisdom.

Friend, this wisdom is spell out in the word and the righteousness of God (Matthew 7:24). Give yourself to fellowshipping with the word and you will find the part of wisdom. Peace.

PRAYER: Love, give me access to divine wisdom.

“WISDOM FROM ABOVE WILL PUT YOU ABOVE”
