HE NEVER CONDEMNS

HE NEVER CONDEMNS John 8:1-11  Devotional:- “She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more”” (V. 11) NKJV One of the tricks the devil often used against man is to make us feel condemned. To be condemned is a feeling of self-judgment. It is the act of judging oneself to death when God has not. A man with condemnation cannot be bold or courageous. He cannot exercise faith. He cannot take a risk and so cannot find it easy to succeed. The truth is that God does not condemn man. So it is like man to feel condemned, and it is the handiwork of the devil. It was said about Jesus, “for God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).  God has appointed Jesus to judge the earth. But that is not now. Condemnation is a feeling that one has been written off and is not worthy of living anymore. The only people who will face God’s final condemnation are those who refused to...

WAITING ON GOD

WAITING ON GOD

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 40:25-31
Devotional:- “But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint” (v. 31) NKJV

Another factor of strength in God is to always wait on God. To wait on God is to acknowledge or always refer to Him for direction in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). This is an act of allowing Him to lead you in all you are doing. This is because we know that He will not lead us into trouble (Isaiah 48:17-18). To wait on Him, as a waiter, is to allow Him to direct our ways (John 8:28; John 5:30).

The word of God tells us that God gives strength to those who are weak. That means that if you are weak in any area of your life today, that does not qualify you for failure. God is able to give you strength. The word of God informed us of how to tap into the strength of God when ours is exhausted. This is by waiting on the Lord.

It is therefore important for us to know that the spirit of the mighty God is in us. But we must cultivate the habit of asking Him for direction always. He has promised to always lead us to our victory (Psalms 32:8). To depend only on your mind in all situations may not always be work. Your strength is restored anytime He gives you instructions. This is because His words are powerful and it releases powerful energy of the Spirit to your soul whenever it is released (Ezekiel 2:2; Hebrews 4:12). To overcome in any situation we need to ask Him for what to do and you shall receive an answer that will strengthen you to overcome (Psalm 119:07-100). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to always acknowledge you

“ANYTIME HIS WORD COMES, STRENGTH IS PRODUCED”
