  FILLING HIS MIND Psalms 8:1-9  Devotional:- “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? “ (V.4) NKJV When two people are at the peak of love, their entire minds will be full of one another. There is nothing else that will gain stronger attention at such a time. If you employ a man who is always thinking of his wife, may he work. He will always have his rapt attention for the woman. This is because love is one of the things that does not want shared attention in the mind of man. And as much as men may have their minds filled with the thought of their lovers, as much as they can be empty of it sometimes. But God is not a man who can sometimes forget His own beloved. The scripture we read today says, His mind is full of you. That is, He is always thinking of you. His entire attention is on you. That is why you need to look at your challenges. FORMED FOR GODS FAMILY

HEBREWS 2:5-18
Devotional – “For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings” (v.10)


    The second major purpose of your creation is that you are formed for Gods family [1 John 3:1] God wants a family and he wanted you to be a part of it. The entire bible is full of the story of God building a family that will love him, honor and reign with him forever [Ephesians 1:5] NLT. God is love, so he cherish relationship [1 John 4:7-8]. The nature of God is relational and that is why He identifies himself in fatherly terms; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

When we turn to the Lord and give our lives to Jesus Christ, God becomes or Father we become His children, other believers become our brothers and sisters and the church becomes our spiritual family. Every human is created by God but not everyone is a member of His family. A man or a woman can only become a member of God’s family when they are born again. You become part of human family by your first birth but you become part of God’s family by your second birth [1 Peter 1:3, Galatians 3:26].

Your spiritual family is more important because it is eternal. As soon as you become a member of God’s family you are given great birthday gift; the family name, the family looks, family privilege, family intimate access and the family inheritance [Galatians 4:7, Ephesians 1:18], these are all for you. This world is not eternal but you will be with God forever [2 Thess. 5:10]. You will be changed to be like Christ. We will be free from all pains and death [Rev. 21:4]. We will be rewarded and given new position of service [Mark 9:41]. We shall share in Christ’s glory [Rom. 8:17]. Water baptism is a celebration of your new glorious family and that is why you have to celebrate it. Peace.

PRAYER; Lord, thank you for making me a member of your family 

‘’ONLY MEMBER OF GODS FAMILY ON EARTH WILL BE WITH JESUS ETERNALLY ‘’

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
