ACKNOWLEDGING HIM

ACKNOWLEDGING HIM Proverbs 3:1-8  Devotional:- “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (v.6) KJV. To be able to enjoy God’s loving kindness, all of us must learn to always acknowledge God in all our decision-making. This simply means that we recognise Him as our owner and the one who is qualified to instruct us on where to turn. When we gave our lives to Christ, we all confessed Jesus as our Lord. This means we acknowledge Him as the one who has the final decision over our lives. But we often forget to carry Him along in making decisions that will, in the end, have a great adverse effect on our lives. If we are to enjoy the love and the goodness of the Lord, we must learn to acknowledge Him. And this is by patiently asking Him for His instructions for us. The truth is that He will always guide us. He said, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye” (Psalms 32:8). The truth is that you are gu...

UNDERSTANDING YOUR SHAPE

UNDERSTANDING YOUR SHAPE

JER 1:4-12
DEV:- "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations." (V.5 NLT)

As a people crated to serve the Lord, God has design each of us in a unique way to be able to serve Him. We are so uniquely created that no one can find your duplicate. If you don’t contribute your part to the body of Christ God will make a replacement. [Act 1:20].

Look at the meaning of your shape the letter “A” represents your SPECIAL ABILITY. These are special abilities and talents given to you from birth. It is important we come to know that all our special abilities come from God.[Rom 12:6 ]. So many people often give excuses of not having any ability to serve God but research shows that each of us has variety of 500 to 700 abilities. You are able to take thousands of decision in a second and more so you are loaded with special abilities. Please know that every ability can be used for the glory of God [1 Corinthians 10:13]. No matter your special skill, find a place to serve God and so use it to build the kingdom of God and not only for income.

The “P” in the shape represents your personality.  It is difficult to find exactly someone like you. God created variety of people.  Peter was a sanguine, Paul was a choleric, and Jeremiah was a melancholy. This variety gives the church great flavor.  Some are introvert others are extroverts. That is why it is wrong to imitate people. All of our differences reflect the glory of God.

The letter ‘’E’’ represents your experience in life. God allow many things to happen to you that you might learn and grow. All of our painful experiences, school experiences, office experiences, spiritual experiences and family experiences are all to make you rich enough to bless people. So always look for where to use them. Your eternal reward is on the investment to your life. Peace.

PRAYER –Lord, help me not to waste your investment to my life.
