  CREATED TO RULE Genesis 1:26-31 Devotional:- “God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”” (V. 28) NIV The major purpose of creating man was to rule over the earth. This is because the purpose of a product is in the assignment given to it to carry out. The reason why God wanted us to rule the earth was to make us represent Him here, to disallow the enemy from ruling the earth. So our rulership was a delegation. It is very clear in the scripture, God’s manual of man, that we are created to rule. That is, to take over, take control and have dominion over the earth. A producer is only successful when the product serves the purpose of production. When authority is delegated to a man, it often comes with a measure of power and liberty to operate it. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING 

1 Corinthians 13:1-13
Dev “Three things will last forever-faith, hope, and love-and the greatest of these is love”. (v.13)


    In belonging to God and his family the most important thing is love. Because God is love and the most important lesson He wants us to learn is how to love. It is in loving that we look like Him. Loving makes you obey all the laws of God [Gal. 5:14]. God wants us to love everyone but particularly members of His family [1 Pet 2:17]. A major reason God wants us to specially love members of His family is because He wants His family to be known for love more than any other thing [John 13:35]. God want us to be in regular close fellowship with other believers because you cannot develop the skill of love in isolation. To learn to love you must be around imperfect, frustrating and people of different characters.

Love should be your richest priority in life. Love should always be your motive and your motivation in all you do [1 Corinthians 14:1] .This is because life without love is worthless [1 Corinthians 13:3]. Love gives you a heart for people, it gives you people to affect with your life, it is love that makes you important and it gives you good seed for good harvest. Love should be number one in our heart because only love will last forever [1 Corinthians 13:13]. It gives you lasting legacy in the heart of people. Love should be most important to us because we shall be evaluated and rewarded in heaven based on how many life we love. Spiritual maturity is measured by the quality of your relationship [Matt 25:40, Gal 5:6]. 

To make love your priority you must give it time, for time is life. When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life [1 John 3:18]. Growing relationship takes time and best way to spell love is time. Love means sacrificing my comfort, goals, security, money, for others. You can give without loving but you can’t love without giving. Peace. 

PRAYER—Lord, give me a true heart of love.

“LIFE MINUS LOVE IS EQUAL TO ZERO”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
