  SUBMIT TO HIM John 14:12-24  “Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (V. 23) NKJV   Sometimes on the platform of love, there is nothing men cannot offer to one another. If you truly love a man you will not want to reject or disobey him. You will want to do as much as it is in your capacity. You will not want to turn him down. Can you imagine how strictly you want to keep to an appointment with a loved one? If we have attached so much importance to responding to our lover, how much more God. If you truly love God it will be natural for you to submit to His will. You will not need to argue or ask too many questions. It will be a pleasure submitting to His will. Jesus said in the scripture we read today, if anyone loves me he will keep my words. In other word he will submit or obey my word. SMARTER THAN THE DEVIL      

Read: Mark 16:14-18
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; (Vs. 17).

    All citizens of the kingdom are ordained with grace to be smarter than the devil through the help of the Holy Spirit. Some saints in the Old Testament also enjoyed this grace. David said, “You through your commandment have made me wiser than my enemies” (Psalm 119:98). This is a blessing for believers in the New Testament who are operating in the kingdom of God.
 
    This smartness is our ability to operate in the victory of Jesus over the devil through faith (Mark 16:17-18). When the disciples of Jesus were able to operate in this power, the Bible says Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit (Luke 10:21-24). That is why you must seek to operate in the power of God as a citizen of God’s kingdom. Your right is to command the devil and he has to go (Matt. 8:9-10).
 
    The kingdom of God cannot be withstood by the kingdom of the devil (John 1:5). Seek to know the truth of the word of God and you will start manifesting in this power. As a citizen of the kingdom of light, darkness cannot handle you. The reason is that you are too much for them. They are less than you. It takes revelation of the truth to walk in this reality. Stop being a mere Christian. Submit yourself to God’s kingdom and you will reign over all your enemies. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, by your light make me smarter than my enemies.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
