  GOOD WILL Luke 2:8-14 Devotional:- “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” (V. 14) NKJV A great blessing of God to humanity at the birth of Christ is goodwill. A nation without it is completely under bondage. They cannot claim, nor ask, nor can they have anything from the Lord except by the common grace (Matthew 5:25). This is what the sons of men are before the coming of the Messiah. Men have been living under the pressure and the punishment of sin and the law. Men were governed spiritually by the law they were never capable of obeying. When Jesus came, then came the time of grace. This brought us into the season of the goodwill of God (Ephesians 2:8). Will is what every father writes to give the right of inheritance to each of the children. Before Christ, God’s will was not approachable for men. It was not favorable for a natural man. CHILDREN OF THE KINGDOM                     

Read: John 1:6-12
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name. (Vs.12)
 
    Citizenship of the kingdom of God is by faith in the salvation and redemption Jesus brought. Please, remember that we are learning about a spiritual kingdom and not physical one. So, the materials for citizenship are not human but are by faith.
 
    God sent Jesus into the world for the purpose of bringing the sons and daughters of men into His kingdom. That is why it will be wrong to look at Christianity as a religion. It is the kingdom of God. The assignment of Jesus was carried out by Him shedding His precious blood so as to pay the price of our redemption from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light. That is, taking us away from the devil’s kingdom and bringing us to God’s kingdom (Colossians 1:13-14). He had to pay with His blood which contain His life, because that is the currency in the spirit realm (Leviticus 17:11). He died the death sinners ought to die according to the law (Romans 6:23, 5:6-8).
 
    To become a citizen of God’s kingdom, you only need to accept and believe that He shed His blood for you. That conferred on you the right and power to become a child of God, not of the flesh but of the spirit. This then gives you access to all the goodness and blessings of God. As a child of God, the enemy has no legal right over your life. You are free from his kingdom because you have become a New Creature in Christ Jesus. It's a new day!
 
Prayer: Lord, let my believe in your death and the shed of your blood qualify me for God’s sonship.
 
“IF JESUS’ DEATH IS NOT FOR YOU, THEN YOU WILL DIE FOR YOUR SINS”

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
