EYES HAVE NOT SEEN

EYES HAVE NOT SEEN I Corinthians 2:6-16 Devotional:- “But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."” (V. 9) NKJV Notwithstanding the experiences of people in the world today, God’s promises concerning His children remain valid. That is why you must not allow what you are going through to make you look down on the word of God. Our scripture today simply means that God will yet do in your life things that will embarrass the world. Your current state cannot be compared with your coming glory (Romans 8:18). That is why you must not give up your hope in Christ. Refuse to be a victim of your situation. All you need to do is learn the way of God’s wisdom, which is superior to that of the world. This is the way of being guided by the Spirit and the word of God. As a believer, believe in taking to God’s instruction, notwithstanding the look of your situation. Always ask the Ho...

JOY OF SALVATION

JOY OF SALVATION

Psalm 51:8-19
Devotional:- “Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit” (v.12) NKJV

Many believers have not learnt to truly experience the joy of salvation. So, the enemy often pushes them to sorrow in the midst of their joy. The reason many don’t exercise this joy for their lifting is that they quickly allow their challenges to make them lose sight of the redemptive provision. They allow the wind of their challenges to take them on and on into fear and worry. They forget the joy of salvation, which is actually their strength and solution.

David also experiences this deception of the devil to take him into a season of dryness and sorrow, but he quickly remembered the joy of God’s salvation. He started asking for the restoration of this joy.

Friend, let me remind you that Christ died to take not only your sin but also your sorrow away (Matthew 8:17). Remember that He has redeemed you from the curse of the law and has enlisted you among those who will enjoy the blessings of Abraham (Galatians 3:13-14). He saved you from doom and destruction. He erased all your ugly past and gave you a brand-new life (2 Corinthians 5:17-18). As a saved soul, do you know that all things shall work together for your good (Romans 8:28)? See, you are destined to win in Christ Jesus (1 John 5:4). Your faith in God’s word will always bring you joy and hope for victory. Let your faith in God be restored in God’s promises for your life. His words will not fail. And you will start to enjoy the joy of salvation.

Prayer: Lord, restore my faith in your word.
“YOUR JOY OF SALVATION IS A SURE JOY IN GOD, GET BACK TO IT”
