We live in a world today that promotes youthful excesses more than that of the mature. We do this in the name of youthful innovations. That is why no office wants to employ relatively old individuals any more. It’s a competitive world. This is making a greater percentage of the world fail in the area of relationships. This is because it is a youthful idea to think you don’t need others. The world of this age is trying to build self-sufficient people. This is the reason many have not learnt the wisdom of relationships. For this reason, today, many people don’t have a home. Many have lost their job and joy. Many have missed many opportunities. OTHER gods

Psalm 16:1-11
Devotional:- “Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god; Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, Nor take up their names on my lips.” (v.4) NKJV

When people are caged in the spirit of idolatry. It will take God to deliver them. This spirit enslaves them in an endless journey of sorrow. They keep moving on in their wicked and painful sacrifices till they enter into their pit of regrets. This is because wickedness makes people seek the devil for a solution. It is either that they want spiritual aid for promotion, money, or power that they are not entitled to. Since they think that God’s way seems to be slow, they then turn to the devil for faster ways and evil results that look temporarily good.
Sons of men need to know that the evil of “get it quick at all costs” is foolishness. When a man allows the pressure of life to push him to this end instead of praying and believing God for a way, such a man will open the door for multiple sorrows in life. This is why you must disallow this. This is because the devil will deceive them into stealing, killing, and shedding of blood until they get themselves involved in covenant trouble with darkness. This is all the enemy is interested in, and not your solution. Then such people begin to have the effect of what appears like little result and later painful sorrow of condemnation, guilt and regret. That is why you need to wait on the Lord, no matter what the case may be. There is no time that darkness will offer a solution, but it will compound the problem. Wait on the Lord and believe in His word, and you will not be put to shame.

Prayer: Lord, always deliver me from the trick of other gods.
“ONLY LIGHT PRODUCE LIGHT AND DARKNESS WILL ONLY PRODUCE DARKNESS”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
