NEVER FORGOTTEN

NEVER FORGOTTEN Isaiah 49:13-23  Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.  The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful. Friend, God can never forget you. That is why He said He ...

ALL WORKING TOGETHER

 ALL WORKING TOGETHER

Romans 8:18-30
Devotional:- “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (v.28) NKJV

Sometimes, because dates and times are rolling, we tend to start to think if the will of God will ever come to pass in our lives again. Some will ask, if God want to do it, why has He not done it all this while? This is a product of us waiting and expecting God to fulfil His promises in our lives within a time frame. And since time is going, we start to nurse some doubt about God’s ability and willingness to fulfil His promises in our lives.

If you observe critically, most people come to that state simply because they compare their lives with others. But many of us often forget that God is taking us all the way through a different route to a different destination.

All that we need to do is to be sure that we discover and remain in the purpose of God for our lives. Others might look much ahead, but your destiny is so sure. God cannot forget anyone. Understand that your life is different from that of others. Instead of looking at others, look unto Jesus (Hebrews 12:2). Put your total trust in Him and never allow your faith to shake. He will surely deliver to you your destiny. When you are feeling the pain of your experiences, turn to God in prayers. He will guide you to solutions and you will move into your miracles (Matthew 7:8-11). All that you may be going through now is simply part of the package of experience. He said all things shall work together for your good, even including the one that looks not yet working. God is making you a testimony, a teacher and a counsellor for others. Cheer up! Your testimony is sure.

Prayer: Lord, keep me on in your purpose for my life.
“IF YOU DON’T STOP MOVING IN YOUR PATH, YOU WILL SURELY GET TO YOUR DESTINATION”
